Abdominal Massage
The state of Ohio requires a 6.75% sales tax to be added to all massage services. It is possible to obtain an exemption from sales tax if massage therapy is recommended by a physician or chiropractor for health reasons. Bring in a copy of your prescription with the DX code and sales tax will be waved.
A 24 hour notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling. If you are experiencing symptoms such as cough, sore throat, congestion, or fever, please reschedule right away.
